To carry out high level cleaning re decorating works to enhance the appearance and to maintain the integrity of the building under the current building lease.
To remove all flaking paint from exterior steel cladding and redecorate.
To remove and soda blast all rusted security window grills and redecorate, and replace grills (to reduce cost of replacing for new).
Remove moss and unsightly and algae growth from all pathways.

Make minor repairs to some exit doors and re decorate.

There were obstacles regarding constant movement of children, staff and other contractors to be considered during the working day. These were overcome by implementing a detailed but flexible approach and day to day management of the school team.
We carried out a full property survey with the client management team and discussed the various options and approach to the job including the repairs rather than the replacement of security grills, broken glazing and doors.
We hired in the specialised lift access equipment. We carried out stripping on the affected cladding using high pressure washers with special oscillating heads to strip off old coatings. We then treated with steel cladding with anti-rust primers. We soda blasted the metal grills and treated them with the appropriate primers and undercoat.
We treated the pathways to remove moss after treating them with high pressure jet washing and we delivered the project to standard required by the client.
